Welcome to the Shenandoah Valley Immigrant Resource Center (SVIRC). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to immigration legal services and document translation, provided by SVIRC. By accessing and utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

SVIRC offers a range of services, including:

Immigration Legal Services: Legal representation and consultation related to immigration matters, including visas, permanent residency, citizenship, and more.
Document Translation: Translation services for legal and personal documents related to immigration processes.

We may, at our discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are either:

A person seeking immigration assistance or services for yourself; or
A representative authorized to act on behalf of an individual or family member seeking services from SVIRC.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy

SVIRC is committed to the highest level of confidentiality in handling your personal information and documents. Any personal, legal, or financial information you provide to us will be kept secure and confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law or in response to legal processes.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of SVIRC, you agree to:

5. Fees and Payment

Any fees will be clearly outlined before services are rendered, and payment is due as specified in our agreement. In cases where services are offered on a sliding scale or for free, this will also be communicated. Payment for services is typically accepted by check or cash.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

SVIRC provides legal services and document translation to the best of our ability and expertise. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from our services, as immigration matters are subject to various legal, regulatory, and procedural factors beyond our control.

7. Termination of Services

SVIRC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client at our discretion, especially if the client engages in conduct that is illegal, unethical, or in violation of these Terms. Clients may also choose to terminate their relationship with SVIRC at any time. If services are terminated, clients will remain responsible for any outstanding fees due for services rendered prior to termination.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

SVIRC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through appropriate channels, and the updated Terms will be posted on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
